The purpose of this survey is to obtain some quick information about why you joined ASQ… what you expect to gain from your membership. This is a one-time request per member, and we’re seeking this information within the first two months of membership.

Refresher Class Feedback

Please complete this survey at the midpoint of your Certification Preparation / Refresher Class. It seeks information about the instructor’s performance and the methods used in providing you Body of Knowledge content in preparation for a Certification Exam. The responses will be used to give the instructor the opportunity to adjust his teaching methods before the end of the classes.

Post-Exam Survey

This survey is requesting information from members immediately after taking a Certification Exam. It poses questions regarding the resources you found valuable in preparing for and taking the exam. If you took a Refresher Class, you will also be asked about the match between what the instructor taught and the content of questions… what was under-taught or entirely missed in class delivery.
