Vice President, Quality/Audits & Assessments Programs

Develop and manage the quality system and risk based audits and process improvement programs for several business units with major operations in Texas, California, and Florida.  Within 12 months period, audit findings were reduced by more than 50%. Some of my responsibilities include:

·         Revision, update and implementation of Quality Audit Program, and Corrective/Preventive Action program.

·         Implementation of company-wide Audit Readiness and Quality Action Team program.

·         Review operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, and compliance with applicable government regulations.

Team Lead, Senior Project/Quality/Process Engineering Manager

Managed Quality Management System (QMS) development and implementation, training, and process improvement to ensure employees adopt and improve the QMS.

·    Trained and coached executives and senior managers on QMS and process improvement. Taught managers how to analyze, set and measure specific quality goals within their functional groups.

·    Led the Wireline and Wireless organizations to achieving a zero non-conformance finding for ISO registration audits in 2000 and 2001. Served as support for the Senior Executive Management Quality Representative.

Training Coordinator/Development Staff Member, Software and Quality Process

Created and implemented the AIX training process enabling the organization to define required skills and train employees for job assignments.  Effectively managed budgets and met ISO 9001 requirements.

·    Established AIX education/training material development procedures allowing consistent and effective measurement of education materials used by vendors to deliver education to IBM.
