I led effort that defined cosmetic criteria for paper products (literature\packaging) that led to global standard for Nokia.
I managed the project that initiated use of Quality Notifications, in SAP, to be used internally at Nokia Ft. Worth and led to their use for global material returns process.
I ran project that defined the process, tools and methods to ‘purge” nonconforming material at the Alliance site. This was a multi-department effort that ran across many organizations.

· Created on-site library for satellite training for degrees
