· Change Agent thru use of Emotional Intelligence and successful role out of Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean Tools (Toyota Production System – TPS) such as, Kanban and supermarkets, Poka-Yokes, JIT, standardized work, Balanced Score Cards, 5S (+Safety), TPM, Value Stream Mapping, and 80/20 focus at various sites.
